The story behind Botticelli
Cordials are sweet liqueurs, usually lower in alcohol than spirits and built to be sipped slowly after a meal. Italian cordials lean on anise, coffee, and cream, and they are often served neat in a small glass or over ice. Sambuca is the clear anise one; cappuccino styles are creamy and coffee forward.
We keep just a bottle or two of each Botticelli cordial on the shelf at our Commack store, so what you see is what we have. Call ahead and we will hold one for you.
