Blue Nun Authentic White is a German white wine in the easy, off dry style that made this kind of bottling a household name. It pours light and soft, with gentle sweetness and modest acidity, so it drinks clean and unchallenging rather than sharp or oaky. Serve it well chilled.
We keep a small amount of this label on the shelf at our Commack store, in a 750mL bottle and a 1.5L magnum. When it is gone, it is gone until the next order, so call ahead if you want a specific size.
