The story behind Belle De Brillet
Cognac is a grape brandy from the Cognac region of France, distilled from white wine and aged in oak. Belle De Brillet takes that spirit in a softer direction, blending Cognac with pear. It is a liqueur style, not a straight Cognac, so expect fruit and sweetness alongside the warm brandy core.
