The story behind Authentica
Sangria is a wine punch with roots in Spain and Portugal, traditionally built on red wine with fruit, a little sweetness and often a splash of brandy or citrus. White sangria follows the same idea with white wine, which keeps it lighter and brighter. Both are made to be served cold, over ice, and they take well to added fruit.
