Art Of Earth Sparkling Wine
Organic Glera from the Veneto, tank fresh and ready to pour.
The story behind Art Of Earth
Art Of Earth Prosecco comes out of the Prosecco area of Veneto, in northeastern Italy, and it is made from Glera, the white grape native to that corner of the country. The brand is produced and distributed by Mack & Schühle, a large international viticultural group whose importing roots run back decades, and the line is built to pull classic appellation profiles from certified organic vineyards.
The sparkling is handled with soft, cold crushing, a temperature controlled primary fermentation at 15°C, then a secondary tank fermentation in the Charmat method. Stainless steel only, no oak, so the perlage stays lively and the fruit stays fresh. The grapes are grown without chemical pesticides or herbicides, and the bottle is lightweight recyclable glass.
Explore the Art Of Earth range
One sparkling leads the Art Of Earth shelf here, and the still wines fill out the rest of the lineup. The Prosecco is the bottle that moves.
