Arnaldorivera Barolo
A Piedmont Barolo from a small producer we carry in Commack.
The story behind Arnaldorivera
Barolo is made from Nebbiolo in the hills around the town of Barolo in Piedmont, northwest Italy. The grape gives a pale garnet wine with high acidity and firm tannin, and the classic notes are dried rose, tar, red cherry and orange peel. By law Barolo ages before release, so it arrives structured and savory rather than soft and fruity.
We stock the Arnaldorivera Barolo 750mL here in Commack as a small allocation, one to two bottles at a time. It is a real Piedmont bottling at an approachable price, and a good way to taste the Barolo category without a big commitment.

Barolo wants fat and earth, so serve it with slow cooked food and let the bottle breathe.
