Alvarez De Toledo Spanish White
A small-batch Spanish white we keep just a bottle or two of.
The story behind Alvarez De Toledo
Godello is a white grape grown mostly in northwestern Spain, in Galicia and along the Bierzo border country. The wines tend to show green apple, citrus and a stony mineral edge, with moderate body and fresh acidity, somewhere between Albariño and white Burgundy in feel. It drinks dry and clean, best served chilled.
We stock the Alvarez De Toledo Godello White in Commack in very small quantity, one or two bottles at a time, so call ahead if you want to be sure it is on the shelf.
