Alias Sauvignon Blanc
California Sauvignon Blanc, honest fruit, no corporate tricks.
The story behind Alias
Alias started in 2007, when a group of wine industry insiders walked away from large corporate wine operations and named their new label as a joke about hiding from their former employers. The fruit comes from California, mostly North Coast and broader California appellations, and the winemaking is deliberately plain: cool fermentation, clean varietal character, no heavy commercial additions.
Folktale Wine Group manages the brand today. We have poured Alias Sauvignon Blanc for Long Island customers for years because it does one thing well at a fair price. No scores to quote, no trophy shelf. Just a dry, brisk white that tastes like grapefruit and honeydew.
Explore the Alias range
Alias keeps a small California lineup. The Sauvignon Blanc is the crisp white; the reds run softer and rounder for the price.

Alias cocktails and pairings
Chill it to 45 to 50 degrees in a narrow white glass and the citrus wakes up. Keep the food light and salty.
