The story behind Aerstone
Single malt Scotch is whisky from one distillery, made from 100 percent malted barley and aged in oak for at least three years. Aerstone is a ten year old single malt offered in two styles: Land Cask, aged with a richer, malt forward profile, and Sea Cask, aged for a lighter, saltier, coastal leaning dram. Both are smooth, approachable single malts at 40 percent alcohol.
We keep these two Aerstone bottles in our Commack shop, one Land Cask and one Sea Cask, and stock is limited to a bottle or two at a time.

Both Aerstone bottles we stock are 35.99 for a 750mL, which is fair money for a ten year single malt. Land Cask leans malty and warming, Sea Cask stays lighter and briny. We only hold a bottle or two of each, so call ahead at (631) 343-7200 to check what is on the shelf before you drive over.
