Adirondack Rye
Mountain spring water, New York rye, four years in charred oak.
The story behind Adirondack
Adirondack rye comes out of Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery, which opened its doors in December 2014 in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Four founders, David Bannon, Ken Rohne, Tony DeSantis and Mike Forcier, built it around one asset you cannot buy: pure, unprocessed spring water running straight through the property.
The rye grain is 100% New York State, sourced locally from partners like Ellsworth Farm in Easton, NY. It is handcrafted in small batches, copper pot distilled, then rested a minimum of four years in heavy char new oak. That is a real aging commitment at this price, and you taste it.

Which Adirondack is right for you?
Pricing on this shelf is refreshingly flat. The Adirondack Straight Rye runs $46.99 for a 750mL, and so does the High Rye and the Blend Straight Bourbon, which makes side by side comparison painless. The NY State Vodka sits at $19.99. For a four year, copper pot, 100% New York grain rye, that $46.99 is fair money and we have sold a lot of it to people who came in for something else. Buy Adirondack rye online or grab it off the shelf in Commack.
Enough proof and spice to hold up against sweet vermouth without going hot.
You want the pepper turned up and the malt still doing its job underneath.
Corn sweetness with rye edge, an easy bridge from bourbon into rye.
