The story behind 100 Anos
Tequila is a spirit distilled from the blue Weber agave plant, and it is legally made only in Mexico, mostly in Jalisco around the town of Tequila. Blanco is unaged or rested only briefly, so it tastes bright and peppery with clear agave up front. Reposado rests in oak for a couple of months to a year, which softens the edges and adds a light vanilla and caramel note.
