Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a standard white wine glass. No ice needed, but a splash of cold water tames the sweetness if you prefer it drier. Screw cap makes it easy to pour by the glass. A practical tip: let it warm slightly in the glass to coax out the peach.
