Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve a touch below room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl so the fruit opens up. A short decant of 20 to 30 minutes softens the tannins and lets the violet show. Keep the pour modest and top up; this one gets flabby if it sits too warm in the glass.
