How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the fruit has room to open. A short decant of 20 to 30 minutes softens the tannins and brings out the violet. If it feels tight, a splash in the glass works fine. Keep the bottle cool but not cold.
