How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 65 degrees, slightly below room temperature, in a wide-bowl glass so the aromas open. Give it 30 minutes of air in a decanter if you can, especially with a young bottle. A small pour and a swirl does the same job. No ice, it would flatten the fruit.
