How to serve and what to pour it with
Chill it well, around 45 to 50 degrees, and pour into a standard white wine glass so the fruit has room. Pull it out of the fridge ten minutes before pouring, since too cold mutes the apple and pear. No decanting needed. A splash warms it if it tastes tight.
