Nose
Soft and quiet at first, then fresh bread crust, a thread of white pepper, and a faint sweetness like cream just starting to turn. Clean grain underneath.
Palate
Fuller than most vodka, silky and rounded across the tongue. Ripe wheat and warm bread lead, then a cool white pepper tingle, a wash of cream in the middle, and a clean dry snap at the end. Barely any heat.
Finish
