How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve lightly chilled, around 50 to 55 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the aromas can open. Let it sit out of the fridge ten minutes before pouring. No ice. A splash of room temperature water softens the oak if you want it broader. Keep the bottle corked and cool once open.
