How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve lightly chilled, around 50 to 55 degrees, in a wide bowl Chardonnay glass so the orchard fruit and oak both have room. Pull it from the fridge fifteen minutes before pouring. No decanting needed. A splash of cool water opens the oak if it reads too forward on the first glass.
