How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it cool but not cold, around 50 to 55 degrees, in a standard white wine glass so the pear and subtle oak have room to open. Pull it from the fridge fifteen minutes before pouring. No decanting needed. If you want the butter note softer, give the glass a swirl and let it sit a minute.
