How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve chilled but not ice cold, around 50 to 55 degrees, so the apple and pear stay open. A standard white wine glass is fine. No decanting needed. If it has been in the fridge, let it sit ten minutes before pouring, since cold mutes the fruit.
