Nose
Tart cranberry leads, bright and juicy, with a faint sweet berry jam note behind it and a clean grain backdrop touched with white pepper.
Palate
Medium bodied and smooth. Cranberry comes through first, tart and true, then a rounder berry sweetness fills the middle. The base vodka shows its peppery edge and a crisp, dry snap keeps it from going syrupy.
Finish
Crisp and fairly clean, with the tart cranberry fading slowly and a last soft pepper warmth.
How to serve and what to pour it with
