Master distiller Melly Cárdenas oversees every small batch, using only fully mature 100% Blue Weber agaves that are slow-roasted in traditional stone ovens. After double distillation, the spirit rests for eight months in second-fill American whiskey barrels, imparting whispers of vanilla and toasted spice without masking its vibrant, herbaceous core.
On the nose, expect bright roasted agave, fresh-cut pineapple, lime zest, and a hint of peppered oak. The palate opens silky and medium-bodied, unfolding layered flavors of baked agave, green melon, chamomile, cracked white pepper, and faint salted-caramel from the barrel.
