Nose
Deep cooked agave, vanilla bean, and caramel rise first, then toasted oak and a faint dried orange peel.
Palate
Velvety and round, with sweet cooked agave up front, layered vanilla and caramel midpalate, and toasted oak and baking spice on the back. Soft tannin, gentle warmth.
Finish
Long and warm, fading slowly with caramel, oak, and a whisper of agave sweetness.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat in a tulip glass at room temperature, or add a single drop of water to open the caramel. Let it rest a minute after pouring. A small splash of dry vermouth works if you want it drier, but neat is best.
