Nose
Fresh agave, lime zest, a wisp of vanilla, and cracked black pepper, clean and bright with a faint green herb edge.
Palate
Light bodied and silky, with sweet agave up front, then lemon and green apple, a soft vanilla midpalate, and a gentle peppery tingle on the sides of the tongue.
Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
