Nose
Honeyed malt with a squeeze of orange peel, then toasted oak and a faint almond note. A little air brings out vanilla and baked apple.
Palate
Round and silky, honey and citrus up front, then oak spice and a gentle pepper warmth. Medium full body, smooth but with enough grip to keep it interesting.
Finish
Lingering and warm, honey fading into soft oak and a whisper of citrus peel.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Neat at room temperature in a tulip glass, or add a few drops of water to open the honey and citrus. A single large ice cube works if you want it cooler, but it will mute the spice. Let it sit a minute after pouring.
