Nose
Sweet corn and toasted oak lead, with a clear banana note and a wisp of caramel. Charcoal softness keeps it gentle, no harsh ethanol.
Palate
Light to medium body, smooth and slightly oily. Caramel and vanilla arrive first, then toasted oak and a ripe banana mid-palate. Soft sweetness, low spice, easygoing.
Finish
Mellow and short to medium, fading with vanilla and a faint oak char. No burn, just a gentle warmth.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Neat at room temperature in a rocks glass, or over one large cube if you want it colder and slightly diluted. A splash of water opens the banana and caramel. For a highball, use plenty of ice and ginger ale. This 50ml is a single pour, so skip the decanter.
