Nose
Fresh green apple and pear lift out first, then lemon zest and a faint white flower note. Clean and uncomplicated, with a soft mineral edge underneath.
Palate
Light bodied and rounded, almost pillowy in the middle. Orchard fruit leads, apple and a touch of peach, then citrus brightens the finish. Acidity is gentle, not sharp, and there is no oak to speak of.
Finish
Ends clean and fairly short, with a lingering lemon peel note and a whisper of wet stone.
How to serve and what to pour it with
