How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at 60 to 65 degrees in a Burgundy glass. Decant an hour to soften the tannins and open the tar and rose notes. If you pull the cork young, give it two hours. A quick splash decant works in a pinch. Avoid overchilling, which mutes the perfume.
