Kimerud Gin 750mL is an artisanal Norwegian spirit born on the Bøhn family farm in Lier, where icy fjord winds, midnight sun, and pristine mountain water shape a gin of uncommon purity. Master distiller Ståle Haldorsen hand–selects twenty-two botanicals, from juniper and coriander to Arctic goldenroot, seaweed, walnut and garden-grown horseradish, capturing both Norway’s rugged coastline and fertile valleys in every drop. Five slow copper-pot distillations at 47 % ABV create a crystal-clear gin whose bouquet bursts with piney juniper, bright lemon zest, and wildflowers, while the palate glides from cool mint and cucumber to earthy spice, finishing long with a salty kiss of the North Sea.
