Nose

Palate

Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 degrees, in a copa glass or a highball. For a gin and tonic, use plenty of ice and a cucumber ribbon rather than lime to keep the floral character intact. Neat, add a splash of cold water to open the rose. Keep the bottle in the freezer if you like it extra crisp.
