Nose
Honey leads, thick and floral, with caramel and a whisper of toasted oak underneath. A little orange peel lifts it.
Palate
Round and syrupy, not cloying. Sweet honey up front, then warm caramel and vanilla, a soft oak backbone, and a gentle bourbon heat that keeps it from going flat.
Finish
Soft, medium length. Honey and caramel fade together, leaving a faint warmth and a trace of oak.
How to serve and what to pour it with
