Nose
Fresh cut green apple and lime zest lead, with a faint white grapefruit peel and a touch of wet stone.
Palate
Light bodied and brisk. Green apple and lemon drop up front, then a clean midpalate of pear skin and a chalky mineral edge. Acidity is bright but not sharp.
Finish
Crisp and short, ending on lime pith and a cooling green apple snap.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a small white wine glass or a tumbler if that is what you have. No ice, it dilutes the zip. Pull it from the fridge 10 minutes before pouring to let the fruit open. The 250ml size is a two glass pour, so finish it fresh.
