How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it well chilled, around 50 to 55 degrees, in a standard white wine glass so the apple and pear stay bright. Pull it from the fridge about ten minutes before pouring. No decanting needed. A splash of cold water opens the oak if it feels too creamy.
