Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl Cabernet glass so the fruit has room to open. Pop the cork and give it 20 to 30 minutes if you can, or pour it through a decanter for a quicker breath. No ice, ever. A splash in the glass wakes up the cocoa note.
