Nose
Warm cooked agave leads, then vanilla bean and soft caramel, with a faint charred oak edge that keeps it from getting too sweet.
Palate
Round and lightly oily in the mouth. Cooked agave up front, caramel and vanilla in the middle, a gentle oak spice on the back end. Low heat, soft sweetness, no bite.
Finish
Lingers softly with caramel and a whisper of oak. Medium length, sweet and warm, fading clean.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat at room temperature in a small tulip glass or a snifter, no ice needed since it is already soft. Let it sit a minute after pouring to open up. If you want it cooler, one large cube is plenty. A splash of water tames the sweetness if that is your preference.
