Nose
Soft vanilla and toffee first, then a light lift of ripe banana and orange peel over clean sugarcane. Nothing sharp, nothing heavy.
Palate
Round and gentle on the tongue, lightly oily. Toffee and vanilla lead, a touch of tropical fruit in the middle, drying to a clean cane sweetness that stays restrained rather than sugary.
Finish
Mellow and fairly short, with soft toffee fading into a clean, dry sugarcane close.
How to serve and what to pour it with
