Nose
Juniper comes up first, clean and piney, with lemon zest and a little fresh grapefruit peel behind it. A faint green herbal note, maybe coriander, keeps it lively.
Palate
Light bodied and brisk. Juniper stays in front, then citrus rounds it out, lemon more than lime. Soft texture, no burn, just a gentle warmth mid palate. Finishes dry, not sweet.
Finish
Clean and fairly short, with juniper and a whisper of citrus peel fading slowly. No lingering bitterness.
How to serve and what to pour it with
