How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 degrees, in a white wine glass or a tulip if you have one. The wider bowl lets the apple and bread notes show. No ice. Open just before pouring and keep the bottle cold in a bucket. A firm pour down the side of the glass saves the bubbles.
