Nose
Ripe pear and green apple lead, with a faint lemon zest and a cool wet stone note underneath. Melon shows up as it opens.
Palate
Light to medium body, rounder than most Pinot Grigio, with a soft texture. Pear and green apple fill the front, citrus and honeydew in the middle, and a clean mineral edge keeps it fresh. Low bitterness, moderate acidity.
Finish
Ends clean and fairly short, with a lingering mineral and green apple echo that invites another sip.
How to serve and what to pour it with
