How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a standard white wine glass. No decanting needed. A short splash in the glass opens the almond note. Keep the bottle on ice if you are outdoors, but do not let it get too cold or the minerality mutes.
