Nose
Ripe dark cherry leads, with plum close behind and a quiet dusting of sweet spice, like clove and a little black pepper.
Palate
Medium bodied and soft in the mouth, the cherry and plum turn round and juicy, tannins smooth and barely gripping, a gentle spice threading through to keep it from feeling flat.
Finish
Clean and modest in length, fading on soft plum and a last hint of spice.
How to serve and what to pour it with
