Nose

Palate
Medium bodied and rounded, almost creamy through the middle. Orchard fruit leads, then a clean citrus lift keeps it from feeling heavy. Low oak, gentle acidity.
Finish
Finishes clean and medium in length, with lingering pear and a light buttered toast note.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve lightly chilled, around 50 to 55 degrees, in a standard white wine glass so the orchard fruit stays fresh without the butter note turning flat.
