Nose
Bright raspberry jam right out of the gate, a little candied and sweet, with a clean vodka hum underneath. No rough edges.
Palate
Light and rounded, almost silky. The berry hits first, juicy and sweet like a raspberry chew, then the vodka dries it out just enough to keep it from cloying. Soft, no burn.
Finish
Short and clean, with the raspberry fading to a faint sweetness and a cool, neutral spirit tingle.
How to serve and what to pour it with
