How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a standard white wine glass so the fruit stays lifted. No decanting needed. Pull it from the fridge fifteen minutes before pouring if you want the pear to open up. A splash of cold water is fine if it feels too rich.
